One computer per membership. A new computer or Windows installation needs an approved support transfer. Deactivating the old installation does not release the computer lock.
Creating a request does not move your access or change billing. Support must review and approve it. Approved transfers may wait up to 24 hours for existing offline access to expire.
Never include your access code in email. This reference helps support find the request you created while signed in.
